The aims of this study are to develop interpretation structural geology in lithosequent using DEM and finite elemen method based on VES data. This research was conducted June 2021 untill January 2022 at Pasang District, North Toraja. Four main point location were selected recorded google earth. Those points processed software QGIS for developing 3D model, Saga-GIS interpolated generating 1D 2D geoelectrical modelling. Data Universal Kriging analysed IP2WIN software. results these shows that Geostatistical can be used interpolating Village, by as the variogram equation yield 95,12% determinations; resistivity configure into produce clearer modeling pseudo-section; synthetics data generated from field measurement VES; Result synthetic block inverted Finite Element Method data; By methods, thickness weathering layer Village estimated
